Element Logistics Ships Drilling Machine to Sudan
Element International Forwarding & Logistics handled the shipment of a drilling machine from Mersin in Turkey to Port Sudan.
The drilling machine weighed 43.7 tons and measured 16 meters long, 2.7 meters wide and 4 meters high, Project Cargo Network said in a statement on behalf of its Turkish member.
Element chose Messina Lines as the carrier for the shipment. Messina is based in Genoa, Italy. Element also handled the pre-carriage from the factory in Urfa to the Port of Mersin, a distance of about 445 kilometers.
